WOW Regatta 2015 2

June 20, 2015 marks the occasion of the 5th Annual Women on the Water (Wow) Regatta taking place at the Etobicoke Yacht Club.

This race is intended both for beginner and seasoned racers, offering the perfect environment for developing new skill and strengthening existing ones, while building a strong sailing community. 

“Our goal is to get women more comfortable being out on the water” says Lori Mason, a found of WOW, “and it’s always a great day when you are out on the water.”

 

Details are as follows:

Registration Fees: including dinner
White sail or Spinnaker Divisions
Skippers with a boat: $20
Crew: $25
Dinner Guests: $15

Destination: Trent Severn Waterway ONE MORE TIME!

Just when you thought you might never see the Galley Guys again, there they were waving from the flying bridge of a Le Boat Horizon 3 gliding down the Trent Severn Waterway (TSW) in the sun. Glorious!

In the past the Galley Guys have travelled far and wide to great locations to explore the good life on a boat. However, this year we stayed in our own backyard for a real treat; cruising The Trent Severn Waterway.
