This year the Ontario Sailing Annual Conference is being held Saturday November 25th 2017 and will have the theme of LOOK  focusing on looking forward, planning and goal setting. The goal of the conference is to provide the leaders of sailing in Ontario with practical tips and tools to help them in their roles within their own communities.

In addition to the Ontario Sailing AGM and Awards ceremony, there will be several sessions provided all day. Sessions focus on topics such as:

• Club governance
• Insurance issues and concerns for both clubs and individual sailors
• Sailing program design
• Safety and Emergencies for clubs
• Considerations for women in sport
• Exploring mental health and your role as a leader

The conference also provides valuable opportunities to network, not just within your sport, but with other representatives from your geographical area.
