Feb CY IssueThis year our famous Boat Show issue is chock full of new boats with an emphasis on the 'Game Changer' aspect of what is new in design.  Innovative new designs from Back Cove, Cruisers, Hanse, Monte Carlo, Chris-Craft, Beneteau, Four Winns, Jeanneau, Lagoon and Boston Whaler are all jam packed into this issue with new features that promise to change the culture of boating in Canada.

Lauren MathewsCouncil approved the proposal on Monday evening and as part of the plan, the municipality will receive $2,000 in fees. The contract is for one year, with an option to renew for four years. Matthews, a Thornbury resident, currently works as a deck hand with the Coast Guard and captain's designation for the vessel. She said her father Dave Matthews builds steel tugboats in Port Dover and she's been around boats all of her life.

CY Virtual Video Boat Tours

We have asked our friends at various dealers and manufacturers to help us assemble a one-stop online resource to experience some of the most interesting boats on the market today. Where the CY Team has done a review, we connect you to that expert viewpoint. Our Virtual Show will continue to grow so visit frequently and check it out. If you can’t go boating, you can almost experience the thrill via your screen. Not quite the same, but we hope you enjoy our fine tour collection.

Sitting at the intersection of three world-class Canadian bodies of water, Lake Ontario, the St. Lawrence River, and the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Rideau Canal (Cataraqui River from Kingston to Newboro), the water’s influence is deeply woven into Kingston’s culture and history.
